Haleys produce 3D models of all forms of building and infrastructure within all sectors of construction and engineering. Cost plans, Estimates and Bills of Quantities are automatically populated with quantities from objects assigned within the model, providing the ability to accurately detail and estimate costs that can be maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

The 3D process can be applied at any stage of project development, from inception through to operation, with a corresponding increase in detail. This creates a tool which can be easily and effectively amended to consider options and reflect changed requirements.

Our 3D modelling service is fully BIM compliant.


  • From current information, we build a 3D model in sufficient detail to generate the geometric information required for quantification
