- Haleys were employed by the Mechanical & Electrical Sub-Contractor WT Parker Limited to provide Commercial and Quantity Surveying services along side their in house construction team for the Design and Build of the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installation as part of the extensive fit-out at the National Exhibition Centre Forum Building.
- Haleys were able to provide WT Parker Limited with knowledge and expertise in the negotiation of the Sub-Contract order and to provide Commercial and Quantity Surveying assistance in meeting the budget constraints and management of the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services including the Specialist Sub Sub-Contractors. Haleys experience of working on complex technological services, fit-out contracts and our understanding of the clients needs, meant that WT Parker Limited could draw on our knowledge base to manage the valuations, large volume of changes and be confident that the targets were being made. With the assistance of Haleys NEC Forum was handed over on time and in budget.
