| Haleys' contribution: | The brief was to provide an on-site quantity surveying service including preparation of the monthly valuations, pricing and submission of variations, contractual correspondence, procurement of the subcontractors, monitoring of labour only subcontracts and providing general commercial support to the site team and senior management. |
