Haleys Contribution:
Wimot Dixon were tendering for a new build school and community centre they appointed Haleys to produce the of bills of quantities for all sections of the building works including the external works. Haleys employed our 3D modelling process whereby a 3D model was constructed from the 2D drawings provided.

3D Model Output

The geometric information from the 3D model was dynamically linked through our unique software process to produce quantities. The full bill of quantities for the school and community centre was produced within the 4 week timeframe at what we consider to be a reduced cost as compared to traditional methods. Our client also had the added benefit of the use of the 3D model outputs for use in his tender presentation.
