As well as our more experienced people, we believe our future also lies in growing our own talent pool and our Haleys Academy is aimed at school and college leavers as well as those wishing to change direction and enter the industry later in life.

As a student of the Academy you will be sponsored on day release or distant learning courses to gain professional qualifications, as well as attending a programme of in-house technical skills workshops and a range of life skills training sessions.

Once qualified we will also sponsor you through to chartered membership of your chosen profession. We currently run a RICS approved APC structured training programme which not only highlights the company's commitment to helping our people develop, but also that of colleagues as they mentor and coach students through to chartered status.
