WHAT WE OFFER YOU

We provide a structured training programme for all levels of staff, including sponsorship of professional qualifications and chartered status. We run a RICS approved structured APC programme, in-house technical skills workshops, life skills coaching and CPD events. Our intranet has a dedicated training page with a discussion forum for our Haleys Academy students. Training is tailored to both individual and company goals and includes both on and off the job opportunities for development. This allows for real responsibility whilst meeting technical requirements and those of the professional institutions.

Haleys place great importance on the well being of their staff. We provide all new team members with a full induction into the business and where appropriate assign a mentor to help them settle into their new role.

Performance reviews are held twice yearly, where clear objectives will be set to help you progress in your career with us. We will put a structured personal development plan in place for you, including training support and development where needed.
