The intent of Haleys' role is to act as an extension to the clients' offices to �police� and monitor the maintenance contracts in order to:

  • Ensure the correct and required level of service provision is provided by the contractor
  • Ensure the contractor provides acceptable 'value for money'
  • Review contractor comments concerning replacement plant or additional cost tasks
  • Ensure disputes resolutions are effected quickly
  • Facilitate a partnering attitude between the client and the contractor
  • Ensure that the needs of the occupants and staff are addressed with regards to the building environment
