Haleys offers an independent 'one-stop-shop' service that offers clients professional expertise with total control for commercial, retail and industrial sectors.
The intent of Haleys' role is to act as an extension to the clients' offices to �police� and monitor the maintenance contracts in order to:

• Ensure the correct and required level of service provision is provided by the contractor
• Ensure the contractor provides acceptable 'value for money'
• Review contractor comments concerning replacement plant or additional cost tasks
• Ensure disputes resolutions are effected quickly
• Facilitate a partnering attitude between the client and the contractor
• Ensure that the needs of the occupants and staff are addressed with regards to the building environment
