Possessing the required professional staff enables us to provide the role of managing agent for commercial and / or residential properties. We offer an honest and open book philosophy to the world of managing agent and our charges are on an hourly basis which complements the RICS Code of Practice.

We have the added benefit of having the correct staff to undertake the relevant roles, i.e. building surveyors, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, project managers, accountants, legal specialists, quantity surveyors and health and safety advisers.
Under this role we offer the following services which are tailored to suit each client:

  • Schedule of condition - building, electrical, mechanical and health and safety
  • Pre-planned maintenance schedules - building, electrical and mechanical
  • Sinking funds - setting up and managing of, by assessing the long-term funding requirements for the individual clients, calculated by assessing the projected costs of both cyclical and major works
  • Service charges - setting up and managing
  • Client accounting - setting up and management of accounts, receipts, expenditure and bank reconciliation
  • Working with clients - we pride ourselves on our open and honest approach to any works and work with the clients, residents association and landlords
  • Managing of maintenance and major works - to ensure these are carried out to the correct standards and most importantly the clients interests are protected by use of correct contract packages, these range from call outs for roof repairs to periodic inspections of electrical installations
